The IMA Bangalore Chapter Board is pleased to invite you all to our upcoming in-person CPE event happening on 29 April 2023, at The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore. It is our honour to be hosting Mr Sunil Deshmukh, the Chair-elect for the IMA Global Board of Directors (2023-24) as the speaker for this session on- Embracing Change. This would be a 2 CPE credit session, from 3:30 - 5:30 PM followed by tea & networking. We look forward to your participation.

Topic: Embracing Change
Our world is changing at a startling rate, and our ability to adapt to change and thrive is what will keep us competitive in today’s market. Change is all around us, sometimes causing stress. It can’t be escaped, but we can learn how to process change. This course is designed to increase one’s comprehension of change and its impact on our individual lives. The course will also define transition and detail the differences between transition and change. The course will identify challenges to change and the opportunities that come with change, and it will focus on the development of techniques to embrace the ever-present change occurring around us.
Speaker Bio: Sunil Deshmukh
Sunil Deshmukh is a leadership professional with more than 30 years of global experience. Currently, he is based in India and provides strategic consulting, leadership coaching, and mentoring services to companies and tech start-ups based inside and outside of India. Previously, Sunil worked in various leadership positions as CFO, managing director, and CEO with multinational and India-based organizations, across geographic regions, and across industry segments including manufacturing, retail and distribution, supply chain, and logistics. Sunil is the past president of IMA’s Mumbai Chapter, a current faculty member of the IMA Leadership Academy, and associate dean of the IMA Mentoring Committee. He is also a member of IMA’s Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee. Sunil is a certified independent director and holds a graduate degree in applied positive psychology. Sunil received his executive leadership education at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School in the U.K.
