Speaker’s Profile:
Mr. Jeff Thompson
President and CEO of IMA, considered an expert on risk management and internal controls and a global thought leader in management accounting.
Since assuming this position in 2008, he has led the execution of a strategy resulting in IMA becoming one of the fastest growing and most influential accounting associations in the world, with growth rates exceeding 20% in our Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) program, more than 300 student and professional chapters, and seven regional offices around the world.
Mr. Jaywardhan Semwal
Jaywardhan Semwal (Jay) has served as Vice President Corporate Financial Accounting, Hewlett Packard Enterprise since May 2018. Jay has been with HP/HPE for last 12 plus years and has worked in varied areas of revenue management, supply chain finance, expense management, accounting, reporting & analytics.
Jay is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) from IMA. He holds B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India; International Graduate Degree in Automobile Engineering from ISVOR Fiat, Italy & MBA in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. He also holds a Diploma in Italian Language. Jay is based out of Bangalore, India.
