Speakers Profile :
Mr. SUBBARAYUDU TALLAPRAGADA is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of Arizona, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Indian Cost Accountant (AICWA) and MBA (Finance) – with 25 years of experience in various Corporate Finance roles , including Financial Controllership in Indian captive unit of NASDAQ listed IT Services Company, Indian listed IT Services and Product companies. In depth working experience in SOX Audits, Management Walk Throughs, RCMs, Process Narrative reviews & Final Section 404 Audits .
Relevant Experience:
- SOC Audits, SOX Audits, Internal Controls, ITGC and Application Controls (Auditee side)
- Finance Process Automation, Shared Services setups
- ERP (SAP / MS Dynamics / MS-CRM) & Internal automation
Mr. ABRAHAM MATHEWS is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA, Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Relevant Experience:
27 years of experience, including 13 years at Asian Paints/Apcotex (1987-2000) and 11 years at Infosys (2003-2014). At Asian Paints/Apcotex, handled financial management, raising capital, procurement and running a brokerage. In the role as Senior Vice President / CFO at Infosys BPO, was responsible for the business and operational performance of the global centres, with 50 clients being serviced from over 20 centres and which were $200M in size with 7000 employees.
Presently, providing consulting services on improving business performance to small and medium business enterprises and aiding them in strategy formulation, business planning, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, foreign exchange, risk management, transaction support for m&a, due diligence, business continuity and succession planning.
